What youll do

Job Title: Executive Assistant to CMD

Location: Noida Head Office

Reports To: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CMD office by providing critical business insights through analysis.
• Provide data-driven reports to support key business decisions.
• Lead special projects that require digital acumen, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
• Drive business initiatives, leveraging advanced digital tools and methodologies.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive business matters.
• Supports CMD for critical business meetings M.O.M, preparation of drafts, & crucial liaisoning.
• Collaborate and communicate with the business leadership team and support functions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• BTech/ MTech/ MBA from a reputed institution along with significant experience in a similar high-level role.
• Proven track record of success in independent business management.
• Proficient in digital tools, data analytics, and report generation, with a strong aptitude for technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing high-level correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Qualified candidates having made serious attempts for Civil Services/ UPSC but willing to make a corporate career.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with the latest business trends.
