What youll do

Principal Duties:

As a content editor with 99acres.com, you are expected to conceive, develop, and produce a range of written materials in the real estate genre, primarily focused on buying, renting, and selling properties, keeping in mind the TG as existing and new homebuyers, owners, and tenants in both residential and commercial category.

Drawing on your expertise, you will create and implement processes for quality assurance, develop templates and tools to guide others in writing, and provide a consistent voice and standard for project written materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, rewrite, and edit documents generated by writers, including real estate reports, frameworks, how-tos guides, etc. for content accuracy and quality, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
• Contribute to project-specific communication efforts, including material development, editing, information dissemination and ensuring consistency with project objectives
• Collaborate with other writers and editors to curate and create compelling content and ideas, keeping the target audience in mind
• To streamline processes for writers, develop templates that are easy to adapt and apply for mass use by other writers in the team
• Liason with builders and brokers in the industry in order to get their opinions to be incorporated in articles, reports and other written material you work on
• Work on several real estate reports using 99acres proprietary data and market trends
