Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MIS department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on patient data, billing, and other key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain complex pivot tables to analyze large datasets for business insights.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and macros to automate repetitive tasks.
• Ensure effective data management by implementing robust backup procedures and regular system updates.
   

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or hospital setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong understanding of MIS Operations principles with the ability to develop customized reports using pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate report preparation.
